The recipe for making bread with Baicui bread machine:

1. Prepare the required high-gluten flour 310g, egg liquid 36g, milk 74g, dry yeast 3.5g, water 84g, butter 40g, 50g strawberry preserves, 45g sugar, 3g salt.

2. Place sugar and salt at two corners of the bread barrel, diagonally. Then add liquid, egg liquid, water, milk, flour, make a small hole in the flour and add yeast powder. (Yeast powder cannot come into contact with sugar and salt, otherwise the yeast will lose activity)

3. Start a kneading program of the bread machine for 15 minutes. After the program is finished, put butter into the kneaded dough and continue. Start the kneading process. When the dough is kneaded, pour in the diced strawberry preserves.

4. Take out the kneaded dough, divide it into 6 equal parts, cover with plastic wrap and let rest for 10 minutes.

5. Take 3 pieces of loose dough and roll it into a long strip, braid it into a braid, and make another braid in sequence. Form the two braids into a hydrangea shape, put them into the bread machine bucket, and remove the mixing blade of the bread machine.

6. Start the bread machine’s fermentation program. The default time is 2 hours. The fermented dough reaches 80% of the bread machine’s inner barrel. Brush the surface with a layer of milk. Press the bake button to select medium baking. Color for 35 minutes.

7. After baking, brush a layer of milk while it is still hot, place the baked toast on the grill to cool, and slice it after it is completely cool.
