Material 2:
A group of young people look for happiness everywhere, but they encounter a lot of troubles, sadness and pain.
They asked Socrates, where is happiness? Socrates said, "You'd better help me build a boat first!" " "
These young people temporarily put aside their pleasure-seeking activities and found tools for shipbuilding. It took 7749 days to cut down a big tree, hollow out its heart and build a canoe.
The canoe was launched and they invited Socrates aboard. When they paddled together, they sang in unison. Socrates asked, "Have you found happiness?"
They all said in unison, "Found it!"
Material 3:
Socrates said: "Happiness is like this. It often visits suddenly when you are too busy to have a clear purpose. " He tells us what happiness is.
Happiness is labor. The world is a work of art. There is no world without works. Labor is the most basic activity of human beings. Only human labor is sacred. Labor builds confidence in one's own rational power and ennobles people. Only in labor can people have value, get paid and find the source of happiness.
Happiness is creation. Happiness lies in creating a new life. If you can successfully choose labor and put all your spirit and wisdom into it to create happiness, you will find happiness.
Happiness is dedication. It is a myth to want to be happy without paying any price. The real happiness in this world is not taking. But dedication. It is undoubtedly the greatest happiness to dedicate one's wisdom to others and let others share it.
I hope I can help you adopt. Thank you. Come on ~
