As the saying goes, the nose ranks first among the five senses, and the shape of the nose is very important for the structure of our whole face. A good-looking nose determines the upper limit of your face value with a high probability. What kind of nose looks good and is more in line with contemporary aesthetics?

Generally speaking, whether the nose looks good has the following reference evaluation criteria:

First, the nose frontal angle, the angle formed by the nose and forehead;

The nasofrontal angle is influenced by the height of forehead and the height of nasal root (commonly known as mountain root), and the angle formed between them determines the size of nasofrontal angle. Accurately speaking, the angle between the straight line from the center of the eyebrows to the root of the nose and the straight line from the root of the nose to the tip of the nose is as shown in figure 1:

The nose frontal angle given here is between 130 degrees and 135 degrees, but this value is not absolute, and there will be left-right deviation, but if the nose frontal angle is too high, "Tian Tong nose" will appear. If it is too low, it will affect the mountain roots. The specific angle can be consulted by professional doctors, combined with their own facial conditions and aesthetic comprehensive judgment.

Second, the nose and lip angle, the angle formed by the nose and lips;

Nose-lip angle refers to the angle between nose and lips. Generally, the ideal nasolabial angle is between 90 degrees and 1 10 degrees, as shown in Figure 2:

Third, the lobular angle of nasal columella (nasal tip angle), the angle formed by nasal tip and nasal columella;

The nasal tip angle is simply the angle formed by the transition from the bottom of the nasal tip to the top of the nasal tip. For example: Figure 3

At present, the aesthetic standard of nasal tip angle is generally around 30 degrees, which is too big for women and too small for men. The main thing is to determine the degree of the tip of the nose, so that it can tilt slightly without exposing the nostrils.

When nasal frontal angle >; At 30 degrees, the tip of the nose will move up, the alar will be tilted and the nostrils will be exposed.

In view of the existing nasal aesthetic standards, there are also differences between male and female nasal plastic standards. Women generally emphasize the beauty of curves, while men emphasize toughness, that is, a straight nose that does not face the sky is the perfect nose. Unfortunately, among us in China, the common characteristics of the nose are flat nose, wide alar, big nose and inconspicuous tip.

If the tip of the nose is intact but the root of the nose is low, only a simple rhinoplasty is needed. If the nasal tip is in poor condition, it needs to be constructed with autologous auricular cartilage or nasal septum cartilage. Surgical improvement of different kinds of imperfect nose shapes needs to be designed according to the curve of individual face. In addition to the height of the bridge of the nose, the angle and radian of the tip and alar should also be taken into account.
