Wuxi Port Hospital was established in 1968, and has now developed into a non-profit general hospital integrating clinical, teaching, scientific research, prevention, health care and rehabilitation. It has successively won the honorary titles of "Top Ten People's Relieved Hospitals in China", "National People's Relieved Urology Specialist Diagnosis and Treatment Demonstration Hospital" and "Wuxi Foreign Builders' Intimate Hospital". July 2009 1, selected by Jiangsu Provincial Hospital, became the only cooperative hospital of Jiangsu Provincial Hospital in Wuxi, and was designated as the expert consultation center of Jiangsu Provincial Hospital Old Association for Science and Technology.

Wuxi Port Hospital was originally located at Renmin Road 18 1, and moved to No.731Xueqian East Road (Ninghai Li) in 2008. The hospital continues to grow and develop. Up to now, 30% of the staff in this hospital have senior professional titles, 20% have junior professional titles and 22 are professional senior nurses.
