Pacific Silver Hair Ankang Malignant Tumor Disease Insurance Exclusion Liability: Under any of the following circumstances, if the insured is hospitalized, Pacific Insurance Company is not responsible for paying hospitalization medical insurance; In any of the following cases (1) to (8), Pacific Insurance Company is not responsible for paying the critical illness insurance premium if the insured is diagnosed with the major diseases listed in this additional insurance contract for the first time:

(1) The insured intentionally kills or intentionally hurts the insured; (2) The insured intentionally injures himself, intentionally commits a crime or resists criminal compulsory measures taken according to law; (3) The insured is drunk, fighting, actively taking or injecting drugs; (4) The insured is drunk driving, driving without a valid driver's license or driving a motor vehicle without a valid driver's license; (5) The insured is infected with HIV or suffers from AIDS; (6) War, military conflict, riot or armed rebellion; (7) Nuclear explosion, nuclear radiation or nuclear pollution; (8) Hereditary disease, congenital malformation, deformation or chromosomal abnormality; (9) Diseases (or complications), symptoms, signs, physical defects and disabilities that the insured suffers from or appears before this additional insurance contract comes into effect, except those that Pacific Insurance Company knew and agreed in writing when underwriting; (10) The diseases and symptoms of the insured within 90 days from the effective date of this additional insurance contract or the last reinstatement date (whichever occurs later); (1 1) The insured is hospitalized in a hospital other than the hospital designated by Pacific Insurance Company, unless otherwise agreed in this additional insurance contract; (12) The insured does not use drugs according to the doctor's advice, except for using over-the-counter drugs according to the instruction manual; (13) Plastic surgery, plastic surgery, cosmetic surgery, plastic surgery, transsexual surgery and preventive surgery (such as preventive appendectomy), except plastic surgery, plastic surgery and plastic surgery caused by accidental injuries; (14) Pregnancy, abortion, abortion, delivery (including caesarean section), contraception, sterilization, treatment of infertility, artificial conception, prenatal and postnatal examination, or complications caused by the above situations, but the abortion or delivery caused by ectopic pregnancy and accidental injury is not limited; (15) General health examination, recuperation, special care, rehabilitation, physical therapy, psychotherapy or medical treatment for the purpose of donating human organs; (16) sexually transmitted diseases, mental disorders, occupational diseases, specific infectious diseases and endemic diseases; (17) The insured participates in high-risk activities such as diving, skydiving, rock climbing, gliding or paragliding, exploration, wrestling, martial arts competitions, stunts, horse racing and car racing.
