General contracting of the surrounding environment transformation and upgrading project of the fifth garden Expo in Hebei Province

Project Overview: The surrounding area of the 5th Garden Expo in Hebei Province will be comprehensively improved with greening, beautification, lighting and purification, covering an area of about 240,000 square meters.

Mainly includes:

1, greening, beautification and lighting on both sides of Hyatt Road; Renovation and upgrading under Quzhuang overpass and Guogezhuang overpass;

2. Greening, beautification and promotion on both sides of newly opened roads;

3. Greening, beautifying and upgrading on both sides of Central Avenue;

4. Renovation and upgrading of Jianhua Road, Longhua Road, Beiwu Road, Beihuan Road, Puguang Road, Nanhuan Road, Zhongxing Road and Rong Sheng Road;

5. Beautify and brighten Jianhua Road overpass to improve the environment under the bridge;

6, traffic engineering and other ancillary facilities, etc.

Tender scope: This tender adopts the methods of all construction drawing design, equipment and materials procurement and general contracting of engineering construction. EPC general contracting work of this project includes but not limited to: construction drawing design; Engineering construction includes all the contents in the engineering construction drawings, until the completion acceptance and overall handover, defect repair and warranty work within the warranty period of the project; Complete the procurement of all supporting equipment and construction materials according to the construction requirements.
