The family name of Jinya is Camelliaceae, and the genus name is Camellia. Jinya belongs to a new variety of photosensitive yellow mutant green tea. Because of the scarcity of varieties, the difficulty of cultivation and the high cost of management and protection, it has been praised as the "giant panda in tea" by the industry.
Jinya has been included in the national science and technology support project. This kind of tea has been introduced into the rare and famous tea germplasm resources garden of Tea Research Institute of Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences. Because golden buds are yellow all year round, dry tea is bright yellow, soup is bright yellow, delicious and expensive as gold. The agricultural scientific research department has successfully cultivated a new variety "Jinya", which is a rare albino tea germplasm resource variety and the only yellow tea variety cultivated in China.
Correlation value:
The amino acid content of golden bud is as high as 9%, while that of white tea is 5-7% and that of ordinary tea is 3-4%. The characteristics of golden buds are stable and the leaves are golden yellow, while the leaves of white tea turn from white to green when the temperature reaches 25℃, and the characteristics are unstable.
Due to the strong light in summer, there are many tea polyphenols and few amino acids in tea, so it is difficult to sell tea at a good price. Tea farmers usually pick spring tea. Golden buds can be picked in three seasons a year. Even in summer and autumn, their quality is not inferior to other spring teas, and they can be developed as high-grade exotic teas.
