After one of the men drank a few glasses of wine with a certain Hao, he suddenly stood up and sat next to Jiajia, and forcibly hugged and kissed Jiajia. Jiajia resisted vigorously, and then Wang Yong took Jiajia away from the bar.

After the two went downstairs, they chased them out with Mouhao, still pestering the woman. When Wang Yong pulled Jiajia aside and prepared to take a taxi, He Mouhao suddenly punched Wang Yong. Wang Yong subconsciously punched back, knocking He Mouhao to the ground and kicked him. Wang Yong then sent Jiajia home. Afterwards, Jiajia recalled that she did not know He Mouhao at all, and she was disgusted and afraid of his harassment.

After investigation, the local police said that before the injury assessment is made, it is recommended that both parties negotiate to handle the matter. Because Wang Yong took a heavy shot at that time, He Mouhao suffered a comminuted fracture of his nose. Wang Yong's family said that the other party first demanded compensation of 80,000 yuan. After coordination with the police, the other party agreed to only 50,000 yuan. Wang Yong's family situation was not good, so he finally managed to collect enough money, but the other party changed his offer and asked for 60,000 yuan. Wang Hengbo did not agree. On the issue of compensation, the two parties have never reached an agreement. However, this detail has not yet been confirmed by He Mouhao and the police.

On May 7, 2020, the police released Wang Yong on bail pending trial. On December 15, Wang Yong was arrested on suspicion of intentional injury and is still detained at the Jiaozuo City Detention Center. He Mouhao, who previously molested girls, is still working in Suzhou and has not been dealt with in any way. Jiajia's father has repeatedly asked the police to hold He Mouhao legally responsible for molesting his daughter, but to no avail.
