I am very excited to have the opportunity to get out of the office and Tongren to broaden my horizons. Huaihua, Xiangxi and Tongren live next to each other, separated only by a strip of water. They are not only the partners of Wuling Mountain, but also the competitors of a new round of accelerated development. They visited each other and learned a lot. Now, I want to report what I have seen, heard, thought and felt as follows.

ancient city: a realistic continuation of historical context

this time, the ancient city is a major focus of people's attention. I have visited Fenghuang Ancient City, Qianyang Ancient City, Furong Building, Ganzhou Ancient City and Hongjiang Ancient Mall successively, and felt the unique charm of mysterious Xiangxi and beautiful Huaihua. The ancient city of Fenghuang is quaint and poetic, especially on both sides of the Tuojiang River. Because of the charm of culture, poetic water and noisy bars set each other off. Culture drives consumption, literary atmosphere inspires popularity, unique day and night customs, classical and modern life colors, and tourists are woven all year round. The ancient city of Qianyang is similar to the ancient city of Ganzhou, with winding alleys, heavy bluestone slabs, antique buildings and aborigines with traces of ancient life. All these constitute a state of slow life connecting the past and the present, which can not only ignite the historical memory of sleeping in the depths of time, but also let modern people who are chased by time feel the old times and relieve their nervous hearts and nerves. Furong Building is the place where Wang Changling, a famous poet in Tang Dynasty, gave a banquet to see off guests. The poet Wang Changling's poem "at hibiscus inn parting with xin jian" adds endless poetry and imagination to Huaihua, especially the famous saying that relatives and friends in Luoyang ask each other, and a piece of ice is in a jade pot, which makes people feel endless charm. With the help of the Furong Building, which is famous for Wang Changling, Huaihua City reproduces the beautiful scenery depicted in ancient poems. At the same time, the poems of poets and calligraphers of past dynasties and Mo Bao are presented one by one, which has a unique cultural impact.

I have seen several ancient cities, and I have several main insights: First, ancient cities are the art of time, and its most important value lies in ancient times. But Three Ancient Cities is a creative art, and its important selling point is experience. Travel is to experience a different life and feel a different life. At present, the ancient city must be experienced to be attractive. For example, Ganzhou ancient city and Qianyang ancient city are all living ancient cities. If you go deep into it, you can feel a life. But the ancient city of Xiangxi can bring visitors a deep sense of experience. During my visit to Huaihua and Xiangxi Economic Development Zones, I found that the industrial development momentum of these two places has been strong in recent years, and various enterprises have sprung up like mushrooms after rain. Throughout the economic development zones of the two places, I have a strong feeling that the economic development zones of the two places attach great importance to the integration of production and city, and an economic development zone is a strong emerging industrial new city. There are high-grade residences (Yuxiang Mountain in Leinan, Guniu New Town in Xiangxi), commercial logistics parks, school hospitals (kindergartens near the Economic Development Zone, primary schools affiliated to Jishou University Teachers College, and ethnic middle schools in Xiangxi Autonomous Prefecture, etc.) around the Economic Development Zone. Life functions are complete and convenient, which is conducive to gathering popularity and business wealth and realizing the close matching and connection of production and living factors. Huaihua High-tech Zone is a national high-tech zone with complete functions and supporting facilities.

On the other hand, most of our industrial parks are far away from the urban areas, with insufficient infrastructure and living facilities. It is difficult for ordinary workers to live there for a long time, let alone attract high-end talents. Although the High-tech Zone is equipped with staff dormitories, it is inconvenient to eat, drink, have fun and do leisure shopping, especially the traffic is a big bottleneck. For example, in Tongren High-tech Zone, in recent years, the municipal party committee and municipal government have attached great importance to functional support and made great efforts. But it is still not enough, and it is far from the support of Huaihua and Xiangxi High-tech Zone. Even the Bijiang Economic Development Zone, which is closest to the main city, has a serious mismatch between production and living factors. After work, people often go to those empty buildings, just like an empty city.

Enlightenment: In the construction of economic development zones, we should put forward the concept of integration of production and city more loudly, put the functional support of industrial parks on the important agenda, make a list of missing items, and fill in the shortcomings of elements, so as to make industrial parks become a new urban area where cities, industries and cities interact, and a new growth pole of urban economy with hematopoietic function, comfortable life and high added value.

Aizhai Bridge in Dehang Grand Canyon is the key project of Jicha Expressway, the main line of Yuxiang Expressway, and the control project of Baomao Expressway and G65 national expressway network.
