1. Bolt connection. If the bolt connection is adopted, the eyelet on the metal plate at the bottom of the stainless steel column should be processed into a waist hole to prevent the installed expansion bolt from dislocation, and fine adjustment can be made when the bolt connection is made. When installing the stainless steel column, it is necessary to drill the position of the base with an electric drill, then drive in the expansion bolt, connect the stainless steel column and fix it. If there is elevation error during installation, it can be adjusted with thin metal gasket and fixed with nuts for elevation correction and vertical correction.
2. After the stainless steel column is installed, pull the cable to install other columns. When installing stair handrails, you must ensure that the handrails are firm and not loose. In addition, the welded and bolted parts of stainless steel columns should also be fixed. When installing stainless steel columns, anti-corrosion and anti-rust treatment should be carried out. The connection parts should not be exposed, and the roots should be covered or decorated.
3. If the stainless steel column is inlaid with glass railings and plexiglass railings, the railings should be installed after the stainless steel column is installed. The railings of stainless steel columns must be installed horizontally and vertically, and the installation inclination of stainless steel columns should meet the design requirements. When installing the stainless steel column, the guardrail should be embedded in the grooves on both sides of the stainless steel column, and the side gap between the groove of the stainless steel column and the guardrail on both sides should be filled with hard rubber strip blocks and embedded firmly. When the handrails are installed, they should be firmly embedded with sealant. When stainless steel column handrails are welded and installed, the fence should be covered with fireproof asbestos cloth to prevent welding sparks from damaging the fence.
