(1) basic conditions

(2) Education and qualification requirements

The applicant shall meet one of the following conditions:

1, with a doctorate, engaged in arts and crafts related work for 2 years; Have a master's degree, have obtained the title qualification of arts and crafts artist, or have been engaged in arts and crafts related work for 5 years after the work unit employs arts and crafts artists in accordance with relevant regulations; Have a bachelor's degree and have been engaged in arts and crafts related work for 5 years after obtaining the qualification of arts and crafts artist; Have a college degree, and have been engaged in arts and crafts related work for 7 years after obtaining the title qualification of arts and crafts artist.
