Why does buttered toast burn black?
It is possible that the temperature is too high.

It is suggested to change the temperature to 130 to 200 degrees, and put a piece of tin foil under that mold so as not to turn black. If it still doesn't work, I suggest you change the mold.

Toast is actually tin bread made from a rectangular baking tray with or without a lid. Cut the covered toast into squares and put ham or vegetables in it. The bread baked on the uncovered baking tray is a rectangular dome, similar to the rectangular noodles in China.
