What is the general temperature of car baking film?
According to the performance and material of the film, the temperature of the hot air gun is generally controlled at 280-350 degrees. If the temperature is too high, the film with high metal content is prone to metal wire phenomenon caused by metal overlap. Pay attention to the order when baking the film, starting from the middle and proceeding to both sides in turn.

3. Operation method of air injection molding: (1) First, clean the glass, and spray the installation liquid evenly on the outer surface of the glass.

(2) Place the large film on the glass and position it with a plastic scraper. Distribute bubbles evenly.

(3) The first third of the bubble is not treated because the seam of the film needs to bubble, so it is lightly baked and knotted in the first third.

(4) At the bubble mouth, pour air between the film and the glass with a hot air gun. When the edge of the bubble sticks to the glass (you can press both sides of the bubble by hand), quickly heat the bubble with a hot air gun and quickly scrape it flat with a plastic scraper.

Advantages of internal air injection molding:

(1) The diaphragm has a wide range of uniform shrinkage, and the construction is convenient, quick and simple.

(2) Films with large glass curvature or thick glass are easy to bake.

(3) It can be used with dry baking, and the effect is obvious.

The disadvantages of internal air injection molding;

(1) is not suitable for transverse baking (long bubbles and small heating area during transverse baking).

(2) Compared with dry baking and stretch baking, there are hidden dangers in glass safety.

Precautions:

The temperature should be controlled between 280-330 degrees, not too high. It takes about three to five seconds to fill the air between the film and the glass.

Dry-wet combined baking film explains some details of dry-wet combined baking film. Because everyone's operating habits and personal preferences are different, let's learn from each other in this way of sharing! The combination of dry and wet is just one way. Although the specific steps are different, they are all similar!

The steps are as follows (take the next file as an example):

1. Cut out the membrane block with appropriate size.

2. Apply a small amount of prickly heat powder or talcum powder on the glass, and dry the glass surface to prevent the water vapor from affecting the bubble contraction.

3. Cut horizontally on the left and right sides of the glass, cut vertically on the upper and lower sides of the glass, draw two water marks with paper towels or towels, and then stick the film blocks on both sides. Pay attention to the division of bubbles, and both sides must be basically symmetrical.

4. Stand on the left or right side (according to your own habits), first bake it down from the middle with a baking gun, and slowly finish baking the lower left side; Then go to the right side, start from the middle and bake down, and slowly finish baking the lower right side; Then start from the middle and bake upward, and slowly finish baking the upper right side; Go back to the left and copy the upper left. (It takes about 3~5 minutes, depending on the quality of the film and the curvature of the glass).

5. To what extent is it good to bake? Everyone has his own opinion on this issue. Generally speaking, most of them can be scraped flat after spraying water.

6. Don't rush to trim the edges after spraying water to level the whole body. First, bake the whole body with a baking gun, especially the edges.

7. Cut the edge of the film block after baking, with the principle of no light leakage.

8. Show a film in a reasonable way. One person will stick it cleaner than two.
