First of all, prepare a 20W electric soldering iron and sharpen the welding head to facilitate welding. In addition, we should pay attention to the good grounding of the soldering iron, because we are welding such a precise part as CPU. If there is no grounding, the CPU will be in danger of being broken down by induced current. You can start when the preparations are done.
Method 1: welding method
1. Clean the surface of CPU pins, and quickly solder with solder and rosin, so that the solder is evenly attached to the cross section.
2. Scrape off the broken needle of CPU and tin it in the same way.
3. Clamp the broken foot with tweezers in the left hand to connect the tin-plated end with the broken foot of the CPU, and quickly weld them together with an electric soldering iron in the right hand, which can use more rosin to make the solder joint small and smooth.
4. Carefully insert the CPU into the CPU. If you can't insert it, you can carefully trim the welding place with a blade. After insertion, the test was started and successfully repaired.
Method 2: flying line connection method
1. Take the enameled wire with appropriate length, and pay attention to the shorter the better. Weld one end of the wire to the broken pin of CPU.
2. Insert the CPU into the CPU socket and lead the enameled wire out of the socket.
3. We carefully observed the back of the motherboard CPU socket and found that there are many rows and columns of solder joints, which correspond to the pins of the CPU in pairs. Find the solder joint corresponding to the broken line and carefully weld the other end of the enameled wire.
4. After checking the welding, turn on the computer and pass the self-inspection.
The above is the method that the author has personally practiced, and I hope it can help all my friends.
