(2) China citizens who have lived in Hong Kong for more than seven years before or after the establishment of the HKSAR. (3) A China citizen was born outside Hong Kong before or after the establishment of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, and at the time of the birth of his daughter, the China citizen was a person who met the requirements in Item (1) or (2). The person who enjoys the right of abode as a permanent resident of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region referred to in this item can only enjoy it after the permanent resident status of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region is confirmed.
