2. Arriving in Dingxi: All traffic quarantine checkpoints will no longer check the negative certificate and health code of nucleic acid test for cross-regional floating population, and will no longer carry out landing inspection.

The following precautions need to be taken:

1. Develop good personal hygiene habits: cover your mouth and nose with a handkerchief or tissue when sneezing or coughing. Wash your hands frequently, with soap or hand sanitizer, and with running water. Don't use cups and tableware with people.

2. Strengthen physical exercise: strengthen outdoor activities and cold-resistant exercise, pay attention to a balanced diet and ensure adequate rest. Pay attention to environmental hygiene, and try to go to crowded public places as little as possible.

3. Do a good job of protection: try to avoid contact with patients with symptoms of respiratory infectious diseases. Wear a mask in crowded places. If you have fever, cough, headache, vomiting and other symptoms, you should seek medical advice promptly.

4. Vaccination: Vaccination can reduce the chance of infection or relieve symptoms. Influenza, meningitis, chickenpox and measles can all be vaccinated.

Asymptomatic infected persons and mild cases with isolation conditions generally take 7 days of home isolation, or they can voluntarily choose 7 days of centralized isolation. Health monitoring should be strengthened during home isolation or centralized isolation, and the isolation should be lifted after two consecutive nucleic acid tests with Ct value ≥35 on the sixth and seventh days of isolation. If the condition worsens, it should be transferred to a designated hospital for treatment in time. Close contacts with isolation conditions should be isolated at home or concentrated for 5 days, and the isolation should be lifted after the nucleic acid test is negative on the fifth day.
