For example, a pillow with a wheat core is most suitable for shaping itself into such a shape. It is recommended that you don't need to buy a health pillow. 2. Prevent shoulder pain: Don't let your arms hang for a long time. For example, when knitting a scarf or sweater, you can find something to support your elbow. Even so, you can't keep such an action for a long time, and often stand up and exercise.
Regardless of neck pain or shoulder pain, the injured part is the cervical vertebra. Cervical spondylosis can cause numbness of fingers when it is serious. So protect your cervical spine.
