1. Scope of identification objects

Chinese citizens who have not reached the legal retirement age and meet any of the following conditions are within the scope of identification and acceptance in our county:

2. Live in our county and hold a valid residence permit in our county;

3. Be an active military member of the military stationed in our county or Active armed police;

4. Residents of Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan who hold a valid residence permit for Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan residents in our county.

2. Basic conditions for recognition

To apply for teacher qualification recognition in our county, you should meet the following basic conditions:

(1) Abide by the constitution and laws, and love education Career, have good ideological and moral character. Those whose teaching qualifications have been revoked shall not re-apply for recognition of teacher qualifications within 5 years from the date of revocation; those who have been deprived of political rights or have been subject to criminal penalties of fixed-term imprisonment or more for intentional crimes cannot apply for recognition of teacher qualifications.

(2) Have good physical and psychological qualities and be able to adapt to the needs of education and teaching work. Have no infectious diseases, no history of mental illness, meet the physical examination standards for teacher qualification certification in Jiangsu Province, and pass the physical examination at a hospital designated by the teacher qualification certification agency. The physical examination standards and operating procedures are in accordance with the Provincial Department of Education's "Notice on Carrying out Physical Examinations for Teacher Qualification Certification" (Teacher Su [2002] No. 59), and "Provincial Department of Education's Notice on Cancellation of Hepatitis B Testing for Physical Examinations of Personnel Applying for Teacher Qualification Certification" ( Su Jiaoren [2010] No. 14) and the "Notice of the Ministry of Education's Teacher Qualification Recognition Guidance Center on Adjusting the Physical Examination Standards for Personnel Applying for Recognition of Kindergarten Teacher Qualifications" (Jiaozizi [2010] No. 15) are implemented.

(3) Meet the academic requirements stipulated in the Teachers Law.

1. Those who apply for recognition of kindergarten, primary school, or junior high school teacher qualifications must have a college degree or above (normal students with a secondary education from a secondary normal school or a secondary normal school can apply for recognition from their respective majors) Kindergarten or primary school teacher qualifications that are consistent with the paragraph);

2. Those who apply for recognition of senior middle school teacher qualifications or secondary vocational school teacher qualifications must have a bachelor's degree or above from a higher normal college or other university;< /p>

3. Those who apply for recognition of the qualifications of intern instructors in secondary vocational schools should have graduated from a general secondary vocational school or above, and have a professional and technical position equivalent to assistant engineer or above or a worker technical level of intermediate or above.

Neither "graduated" nor "undergraduate" meets the academic requirements for teacher qualifications.

(4) Mandarin proficiency should reach Level 2 B or above in the "Putonghua Proficiency Test Level Standards" promulgated by the State Language Commission. Among them, Chinese teachers, kindergarten teachers and teachers who teach Chinese as a foreign language should reach Level 2 Class A or above standard; voice teachers and professional teachers in broadcasting, hosting, film and television drama performances, etc. should reach the first level. Applicants who are over 50 years old are encouraged to use Mandarin, and there is no requirement for a Mandarin certificate.

(5) Non-normal students and normal students enrolled in 2015 and later should obtain a valid "Certificate of Passing the Primary and Secondary School Teacher Qualification Examination" (hereinafter referred to as the "Certificate of Passing the Examination"). The subject and academic period for which the teacher qualification is applied for should be consistent with the subject and academic period marked on the examination certificate. Normal school students who enrolled in 2014 and before can directly apply for recognition of teacher qualifications corresponding to their majors and academic stages. Graduates of the 2021 class of relevant majors who are participating in education postgraduates and public-funded normal school students' teacher qualification reform universities (hereinafter referred to as "exam-free certification reform university graduates") can directly apply for certification and the "Normal Student Teacher Professional Competence Certificate" to take up the teaching position and Teacher qualifications consistent with the teaching subject.

3. Recognition acceptance agency

According to relevant national and provincial regulations, the qualifications of teachers in kindergartens, primary schools and junior middle schools are recognized by the Jinhu County Education and Sports Bureau; the qualifications of teachers in senior middle schools and secondary vocational schools are School teacher qualifications and secondary vocational school internship instructor qualifications are recognized by the Huaian Municipal Education Bureau.

IV. Certification time schedule

The online registration period for the second half of the county’s primary and secondary school teacher qualification certification in 2021 is from August 23 to September 6. The online application time for teacher qualifications in kindergartens, primary schools and junior middle schools is synchronized with the time stipulated by the Provincial Department of Education.

5. How to apply for certification

Applicants who meet the application conditions can register a personal account during the opening hours of the China Teacher Qualification Network (www.jszg.edu.cn) (select "Teacher Qualification Identify the applicant's online application portal"), complete personal information, and log in to register within the province's registration period.

(1) Complete personal information

After logging in with the registered account, the applicant should complete personal identity and other information on the "Personal Information Center" page and conduct real-name verification.

1. "Personally identifiable information". Applicants need to complete their gender and ethnicity in this column (Hong Kong and Macao applicants can choose a specific ethnic group or others when selecting ethnicity). Applicants can modify other information except "Document Type" and "Document Number" on this page.

2. "Teacher Qualification Examination Information".

Applicants who have participated in the National Primary and Secondary School Teacher Qualification Examination and passed the exam can check their examination certificate information in this column.

3. "Mandarin Certificate Information". Applicants can add and modify personal Mandarin information in this column.

(1) Under the "Verification Certificate" type, enter the certificate number and other information, click the "Verify" button, and the system will verify the Mandarin certificate information in the National Mandarin Proficiency Test Information Management System.

(2) If the Mandarin certificate information cannot be verified, please check whether the currently verified information is consistent with the name, ID number, and certificate number in the certificate information.

(3) If the Mandarin certificate information cannot be verified after the above steps, please select the "Enter Certificate" type, complete the relevant information and upload the corresponding electronic certificate (the image is less than 200KB, in JPG format).

4. "Academic qualifications and student status information". Applicants can add and modify personal academic information in this column. Student status information will be synchronized automatically during the registration process. If synchronization fails, student status information needs to be added by yourself.

(1) Candidates who apply for recognition of teacher qualifications based on their academic qualifications should select "No" in the "Are they fresh graduates" column, and enter the academic certificate number under the "Verify academic qualifications" type. Click the "Verify" button, and the system will obtain relevant information from the China Higher Education Student Information Network (Xuexin.com) information management system.

(2) If the academic information cannot be verified, please check whether the currently verified information is consistent with the "name, ID number, and certificate number" in the academic certificate information.

(3) If the certificate information cannot be verified after the above steps, please select the "Unverifiable Educational Qualifications" type, complete the relevant information and upload the corresponding electronic certificate (the image is less than 200KB, in JPG format) .

(4) For secondary school teacher or kindergarten teacher education, please select the "Unverifiable Educational Qualification" type, complete the relevant information and upload the corresponding electronic certificate (the image is less than 200KB, in JPG format).

(5) If the academic qualifications you hold are academic qualifications from Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan or overseas study, academic qualification verification cannot be performed. Please select the verification type as academic qualifications from Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan or overseas study, and follow step (3) ) and upload the "Certificate of Academic Degrees from Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan" or the "Certificate of Foreign Academic Degrees".

5. "Degree Certificate Information". Applicants can add and modify personal degree certificate information in this column.

6. "Teacher Qualification Certificate Information". Those who have applied for a recognized teacher qualification certificate can view information on their teacher qualification certificates obtained after 2008 in this column.

(2) Registration

During the online registration period of our province, applicants can log in with their own account on the "China Teacher Qualification Network" and register.

The applicant selects the appropriate accreditation agency according to the accreditation acceptance authority and scope. The photo uploaded in the system should be a recent 1-inch color ID photo with a white background, without a hat, and the file format is JPEG/JPG format. The size cannot be Over 200K.

(3) Sign the "Personal Letter"

Applicants can download the "Personal Letter" from the "Data Download" column on the homepage of "China Teacher Qualification Network" or from the "Instructions" page of the registration system . The downloaded "Personal Book" is printed on A4 white paper. The book will be combined on the teacher qualification certification application form. Please write your name and signature date in block letters for "person", then scan or take a photo and upload it. The overall effect of the "Personal Letter" uploaded after signing can be viewed when previewing the "Teacher Qualification Certification Application Form". If you find that the location of the uploaded "Personal Book" is incorrect, unclear, or the signature is incomplete during preview, please upload it again to avoid affecting the recognition.

Special reminder:

1. Please log in to the China Teacher Qualification Network (www.jszg.edu.cn) to register within the specified time. After the deadline, the network will be automatically closed and registration will no longer be accepted. . Those who have not registered through the China Teacher Qualification Network (www.jszg.edu.cn) will not be recognized. Applicants must use their online registration number and bring relevant materials to the designated confirmation point for on-site confirmation within the specified time.

2. When choosing the type of teacher qualifications to apply for, the recognition province and the recognition institution, you should pay attention to:

6. On-site confirmation

(1) On-site confirmation time and location for teacher qualification certification in the second half of 2021

Applicants are requested to go to the designated location for on-site confirmation according to the time specified in the announcement. Those who fail to complete the confirmation due to personal reasons will be responsible for their own responsibility.

(2) Preparation materials

1. Second-generation ID card within the validity period.

2. Household registration information or residence permit, etc.

(1) If you apply at the place of household registration, you need to provide the applicant's "Resident Household Registration Book" (including the homepage and personal page); if you apply for a collective household registration, you need to provide the personal household registration page in the collective household registration book;

(2) If you apply at your place of residence, you need to provide your county’s residence permit;

If the ID card cannot show the place of service, an additional certificate issued by the organizational and personnel department of the army or unit to which they belong must be provided. Proof of personnel relations, the format of the certificate shall be determined according to the regulations of the army or unit, and the certificate shall clearly indicate the place where the applicant serves;

(5) Residents of Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan who apply for recognition in our county should provide it to the public security organ of our county Residence permit for Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan residents issued; Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan residents who apply for recognition in the place where the primary and secondary teacher qualification examination is held should provide a Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan residence permit or a Mainland Travel Permit for Hong Kong and Macao residents, and a Mainland Travel Permit for Taiwan residents valid for 5 years.

3. Academic certificate. Academic information that has been compared with electronic information on Xuexin.com does not need to be submitted. Academic qualifications obtained in Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan and academic qualifications obtained abroad should also provide corresponding academic degree certificates issued by the Study Abroad Service Center of the Ministry of Education.

Special reminder: During the review process, for academic qualifications that cannot be directly compared and verified by the nationally recognized information system (except for secondary vocational school qualifications), the applicant must submit the "Ministry of Education Academic Certificate Electronic Registration Form" or "China Higher Education Qualification Certification Report" (apply online at www.chsi.com.cn), otherwise it will be regarded as unqualified academic qualifications and will not be accepted. It is recommended that applicants verify their academic qualifications in advance on Xuexin.com and apply for certification reports as soon as possible if they cannot be verified; applicants with academic qualifications from Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan or foreign academic qualifications should have their academic qualifications certified in advance at the Online Service Hall of the Overseas Study Service Center of the Ministry of Education () to avoid affecting the recognition.

4. Putonghua proficiency test level certificate (it is not necessary to provide if the system can verify it).

5. The certificate of passing the primary and secondary school teacher qualification examination has been verified by the system and does not need to be provided. The "Professional Competence Certificate for Normal College Students" of college graduates who participated in the examination-free recognition reform has passed the system verification and does not need to be provided.

Full-time normal college graduates who enrolled in 2014 or before apply for direct recognition of teacher qualifications. If the word "normal" is not clearly marked on the graduation certificate, they must provide a certificate certified by the academic affairs department of the graduating school. Personal academic transcript (with passing scores for the required subjects of education, educational psychology and educational internship), and one of the following materials is also required to prove:

(1) Issued by the superior education department of the graduating school A copy of the professional enrollment plan document for the year of enrollment, indicating that the major is a full-time normal major (stamped with the official seal of the academic affairs, archives or development planning department of the graduating school).

(2) A copy of the admission list of full-time normal students with the applicant’s name and major (must be marked with the teacher major and stamped with the official seal of the admissions or archives department of the graduating school).

(3) The professional column on the academic transcript in the personal study file is marked with the word "Normal School" (the copy is stamped with the official seal of the school's academic affairs department or personnel files management department).

(4) The "Employment Recommendation Form for Fresh Graduates" indicates that they are graduates from the Normal University (copies are stamped with the official seal of the personnel files management department).

(5) The word "Normal" is written after the major column of the admission notice issued by the university (the copy is stamped with the official seal of the admissions or student status management department of the graduating school).

(6) Graduates of normal education majors who enrolled before the expansion of college enrollment in 1999. Although there is no word "normal" in their graduation transcripts, they have systematically studied education and educational psychology and have educational internship results. Qualified (copy stamped with the official seal of the school’s academic affairs or personnel files management department).

6. Residents of Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan are required to submit a certificate of no criminal record issued by the relevant departments of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, Macao Special Administrative Region and Taiwan. If necessary, applicants from Hong Kong and Macao can apply for a letter issued uniformly by our province requesting relevant departments to issue a certificate of no criminal record through the accreditation agency.

7. A recent 1-inch color photo with a white background without a hat (regular paper ID photo, used to apply for the teacher qualification certificate, size 25mmX35mm, should be the same as the photo uploaded when applying online).

8. "Physical examination passed" receipt.

The above materials without copies are all originals. If the materials submitted by the applicant are incomplete or do not meet the requirements, they should complete them before the end of the acceptance period. If the application is overdue, the applicant will be responsible for the consequences.

7. Physical examination

Physical examination time: August 27-September 26, 2021;

Those who apply for teacher qualifications in kindergartens, primary schools and junior middle schools should bring the "Physical Examination Form" and take the physical examination by themselves within the above time period at their own expense (kindergarten 163 yuan/person, primary school and junior middle school 136 yuan/person) .

8. Others

(1) According to relevant national regulations, the same applicant can only be recognized for one teacher qualification in the same year.

(2) Applicants are required to make online declaration, physical examination and on-site confirmation according to the time, place and requirements specified by the accreditation agency. If the application is not completed within the specified time due to missing the application time, choosing the wrong accreditation agency or on-site verification point, incorrect declaration information or incomplete submission materials, etc., the accreditation agency will not accept the application and the responsibility shall be borne by the applicant himself.

(3) Applicants should make true and correct statements in their personal letters. If they are inconsistent with the facts, it is an act of fraud and fraud to obtain teacher qualifications. Once verified, the relevant education administrative departments will handle it accordingly in accordance with relevant national laws and regulations.
