Surgical complications
First, the arcs on both sides are obviously asymmetrical, and the front of the face is obviously inclined, which requires basic symmetry in medicine. Not necessarily 100% symmetry is a common sequela;
Second, only going to the mandibular angle without going to the outer plate did not achieve the effect of face-lifting, although the side is effective. This kind of sequela of chin augmentation has the highest dissatisfaction rate;
Third, the overall appearance of the chin is not ideal, and the proportion of cheekbone, zygomatic arch and mandibular angle is not harmonious;
Fourthly, the zygomatic arch has not been greatly improved, and it is mostly polished on the surface, but it has not been shortened and advanced. So the effect is limited;
5. Excessive osteotomy of the carina, resulting in the sequela of "horse face" making the angle missing;
Six, straight osteotomy, forming a double angle, because arc osteotomy requires a certain technology, and it is difficult for beginners to remedy.
