Methods/Steps When we want to add a caption to a document, we must first find the document to be operated in the computer, and then click Open Document. You can also open the word application and click the File button in the upper left corner to open the document you want to operate. Please click to enter a picture description. After opening the word document, there must be a lot of content. At this time, the first thing to do is to choose the location where you want to create the caption, then find the reference label in the ribbon of the word document and click to switch to the reference label. Please click on the input picture description to switch to the reference tab, and then find the subtitle group option in the reference tab. After finding the caption, click the Insert caption button in the caption group. Please click to enter the picture description, click the Insert Subtitle button, and a subtitle pop-up box will pop up, which displays a lot of information about subtitles, such as subtitles and options, as shown in the figure below. Please click on the picture description, and you can see that the title name now shows the chart 1. Click OK and enter "Chart 1" in the word document.
