Are there any relevant regulations for stall economy?
Legal analysis: Not yet. In 2022, the state will allow street stalls, and different cities will introduce different street stall policies. Before setting up a stall, we must know the local stall policy in detail, and reasonably carry out stall projects within the scope permitted by the policy. According to the relevant laws and regulations of our country, under normal circumstances, in 2022, with the formal liberalization of the economic policy of street stalls, street stalls are now legal. Because there is no fixed business place for the stall, there is no need to apply for a stall permit. As long as the time and place of death are specified under the control of the relevant local administrative departments, it is legal to carry out legal business. At the same time, stalls should be set up, and temporary registration certificates, health permits and health certificates should be issued. Health permit and health certificate are necessary documents for food stalls. Street stall economy refers to an economic form formed by obtaining income sources through street stalls. Street stall economy is a kind of marginal economy of the city and has always been a key factor affecting the city appearance and environment. However, in the context of the financial crisis, the stall economy has its unique advantages, which can alleviate the employment pressure to some extent.
