Sun Wukong was born on the first day of June in 578 BC in the Huaguo Mountain in the Aolai Kingdom of Dongsheng Shenzhou. It was a fairy stone that absorbed the energy of heaven and earth and was born. After that, he broke into the Water Curtain Cave and was worshiped as the "Monkey King" by the monkeys in Huaguo Mountain. Later, in order to seek the method of immortality, he went to Lingtai Fangcun Mountain and Xieyue Sanxing Cave to worship Patriarch Bodhi as his teacher. It took him 200 years to learn the seventy-two transformations of Earth Evil and the Somersault Cloud. After Wukong returned to the mountain, he defeated the Demon King and stole a large number of weapons from the country and distributed them to the monkeys, but none of the weapons were easy to use. In order to find a suitable weapon, he made a fuss in the Dragon Palace of the East China Sea, and finally found the Ruyi Golden Cudgel (the Dinghai Divine Needle). The Dragon King harbored a grudge and reported it to heaven, demanding the arrest of Sun Wukong.
When Wukong was 324 years old, he caused chaos in the underworld because his life span was over, destroyed the book of life and death, and returned to the world. The King of Hell then reported to Heaven to report Sun Wukong. The Jade Emperor wanted to capture Wukong, but Taibai Jinxing suggested that Sun Wukong should be sent to Heaven. Sun Wukong was summoned to the Heavenly Palace and was deceived into being named Bima Wen. After 15 days, he found out that this official was just a groom, so Sun Wukong was furious and beat out the Nantianmen. When I returned to Huaguo Mountain, 15 years had passed in the mortal world. The One-Horned Ghost King came to seek refuge and suggested that Wukong call himself the "Monkey King". At this time, Sun Wukong made many friends and became sworn brothers. When the Jade Emperor knew that Sun Wukong had gone to the Heavenly Palace, he was furious and ordered King Li to send troops to suppress it. Sun Wukong defeated the giant spirit god and the third prince Nezha, and the Heavenly Palace was forced to confer Sun Wukong as the Monkey King. Unexpectedly, after he became the Great Sage, he was angry because he was not invited to the Peach Conference. Instead, Sun Wukong ate the peaches and stole the fairy wine. The Jade Emperor was furious and ordered Li Tianwang to lead another hundred thousand heavenly soldiers and generals to bring eighteen dragnets to capture the monster monkey. , Sun Wukong defeated Jiuyao Xingjun and the four heavenly kings, and used the avatar technique to defeat a hundred thousand heavenly soldiers. Because of this battle, Sun Wukong became famous all over the world. Guanyin Bodhisattva saw that Sun Wukong had great magical powers, and recommended Yang Jian, the Jade Emperor's nephew, Erlang Zhenjun, to get Sun Wukong. Erlang Shen and the six Meishan brothers went to Huaguo Mountain to bet on changes with Wukong. They fought for 300 rounds but there was no difference. King Li Tian took advantage of the emptiness behind Huaguo Mountain and set fire to the mountain. Sun Wukong had no intention of fighting. He was besieged by Erlang Shen and his brothers, was sneak attacked by Taishang Laojun, and was bitten by Roaring Sky Dog, so he was captured. Wukong was captured and asked to kill him at the Demon Slaying Platform. Because he had secretly eaten the golden elixir from Taishang Laojun, he did not burn to death for seven or forty-nine days and became an indestructible body. Therefore, any death penalty was invalid. Finally, he was taken to Tusita Palace for smelting by Taishang Laojun. Instead, he developed a piercing eye, so he kicked over the stove and started to cause havoc in the Heavenly Palace. When they reached the Tongming Hall, the Lord Blessing sent Wang Lingguan and thirty-six thunder generals to surround Sun Wukong. During the fight, Tathagata Buddha appeared and made a bet with Sun Wukong: Sun Wukong can Can't escape Tathagata's grasp. Sun Wukong had already reached the edge of Tathagata's hand but mistakenly thought that he was at the edge of the horizon, so he lost the bet. After Sun Wukong secretly knew that he had fallen into the trap, he planned to escape on the clouds, but he could not get out of Tathagata's hand. Finally, Tathagata killed Sun Wukong. It has been pressed under Wuzhishan (Five Elements Mountain) for five hundred years (actually more than this number).
Five hundred years later, Sun Wukong was rescued by Tang Monk, became his teacher, and embarked on the journey to the West to learn Buddhist scriptures. He conquered Zhu Bajie and Sha Monk as his junior disciple, and then conquered Bai Longma (the third prince of the Dragon King of the West Sea, who was demoted to Snake Panshan for knocking over the glazed lamp given by the Jade Emperor). He went through eighty-one hardships along the way, and was misunderstood by Tang Monk twice and was driven away. However, he finally returned to Tang Monk. He finally succeeded and was named the Holy Buddha of Fighting. In each version of "Havoc in Heaven", Sun Wukong has become an indispensable character in the drama, and is also the favorite of children in today's era.
