The first step is specimen making. Captured marine life will be made into specimens.
The second step is to make a frame house. Wood, profiles and glass are cut and assembled into a frame space.
Step 3, make a picture, decorate the frame room with colored hard paper and colored background pattern paper, put the marine biological specimens in different frame rooms by glue fixing method, metal needle fixing method and fishing line hanging method, and then seal and package.
The method and steps of making marine fish specimens are as follows: Step 1, selecting materials, peeling and cleaning the caught fish, and selecting the species that can be classified. Cut from the straight back of the trunk abdomen with a scalpel, bypass the anus and reach the base of the tail stalk, peel off the flesh, cut off the muscles and keep the fish skin.
The second step is antiseptic treatment. Soak the peeled fish skin in 75% ~ 80% alcohol, turn it every 30 minutes, so that the alcohol can soak all parts of the fish skin for 24 ~ 48 hours, take out the soaked fish skin, and apply antiseptic powder made of arsenic trioxide on the inside.
The third step is specimen filling and molding. Make a skeleton similar to the central longitudinal section of a fish with lead wires or wooden boards to support the skin of the fish. Fill the fish skin from the tail with sawdust and absorbent cotton. According to the idea, the fin is stretched while filling, the mouth is slightly opened, the teeth appear and the eyes are bright. Put it in a ventilated place to dry.
The fourth step is painting, which is to paint with oil color mixed with paint and rosin water, gradually paint from shallow to deep, and finally spray light paint on the outside.
