1. Put the hawthorn into the dishwasher in Tai Fang sink, wash it with fruits and vegetables, and then dry the water on it;
2. Dry hawthorn is pitted, pedicels are removed and cut into small pieces;
3. Add a proper amount of water (about 4: 1 or 5: 1) to the hawthorn, mash it in a food processor, put it in a pot, and simmer it with low fire while stirring;
4. When the hawthorn juice is reduced to 3/4 of the original, add the crystal sugar, continue to cook until the crystal sugar is completely melted, and then cook for 5- 10 minutes;
5. Spread the hawthorn sauce on a baking tray or dryer while it is hot, bake it in the oven at 80 degrees for 6 hours, and bake it in the dryer at 60 degrees for 6-8 hours.
