(1) required tools:

(2) Step:

2. After confirming that there is no dirt in the heat shrinkable sleeve, thread the optical fiber into the heat shrinkable sleeve;

4. Clean the optical fiber surface with alcohol cotton for 3 times to reach the state of no adhesion;

5. Put the clean optical fiber into the guide groove of the cutter, and the front end of the coating is aligned with the position between the cutter scale 16 mm and 12 mm;

6. Put the cut two optical fibers into the fixture of the welding machine respectively. Do not touch the fiber end face when placing, and keep the fiber end face between the electrode rod and the V-shaped groove.

7. Cover the windshield and start welding.

8. Lift the windshield, open the left and right clamping plates in turn, and take out the optical fiber;

9. Then move the heat shrinkable sleeve to the welding point, and ensure that both ends of the heat shrinkable sleeve wrap the optical fiber coating;

10. Put the optical fiber with heat shrink sleeve into the heater, then cover the heater cover, and the heating indicator light will light up, and the machine will automatically start heating the heat shrink sleeve.

3. Peel off the optical fiber coating with Miller pliers, with a length of 4 cm;

4. Clean the optical fiber surface with alcohol cotton for 3 times to reach the state of no adhesion;

5. Put the clean coated optical fiber into the guide groove of the cutter, and align the front end of the protective layer with the position of the cutter scale 16mm;

6. Put the cut two encapsulated optical fibers into the fixture of the welding machine respectively. Do not touch the fiber end face when placing, and keep the fiber end face between the electrode rod and the V-shaped groove;

7. Cover the windshield and start welding.

8. Lift the windshield, open the left and right clamp cover plates in turn, and then take out the encapsulated optical fiber;

9. Move the heat shrinkable sleeve to the welding point, and ensure that both ends of the heat shrinkable sleeve are wrapped with rubber-coated optical fiber protective layers;

10. Put the encapsulated optical fiber with heat shrink sleeve into the heater, then cover the heater cover, and the heating indicator lights up, and the machine automatically starts heating the heat shrink sleeve;

Three, jumper and rubber wire welding

(1) required tools:

Welding machine; Cutting knife; Miller forceps; Alcohol cotton; Scissors; Jumper; Heat shrinkable sleeve.

(2) Step:

1. After confirming that there is no dirt in the heat shrinkable sleeve, thread the encapsulated optical fiber into the heat shrinkable sleeve;

2. Stripping the protective layer of the coated cotton optical fiber with a rubber-coated cotton stripper with a length of 4 cm;

3. Peel off the optical fiber coating with Miller pliers, with a length of 4 cm;

4. Clean the optical fiber surface with alcohol cotton for 3 times to reach the state of no adhesion;

5. Put the clean coated optical fiber into the guide groove of the cutter, and align the front end of the protective layer with the position of the cutter scale 16mm;

6. Use Miller pliers to peel off the yellow sheath of the jumper at the front end, and the length is not less than 5 cm;

7. Then cut off the Kevlar thread with Kevlar scissors;

8. Peel off the white plastic pipe and coating with the small mouth at the back end of Miller pliers, with a length of 4 cm;

9. Clean the optical fiber surface with alcohol cotton for 3 times to reach the state of no attachment;

10, put the clean jumper fiber into the guide groove of the cutter, and align the front end of the protective layer with the scale of the cutter16mm;

12. Cover the windshield and start welding.

13. Lift the windshield, open the left and right clamping covers in turn, then take out the optical fiber, and move the heat shrinkable sleeve to the welding point to ensure that both ends of the heat shrinkable sleeve are wrapped with rubber fiber protective layers and jumper plastic pipes;

14. Put the optical fiber with heat shrink sleeve into the heater, then cover the heater cover, and the heating indicator lights up, and the machine automatically starts heating the heat shrink sleeve;

15. The heating indicator goes out, and the heat shrinkage is completed. Open the cover plate of the heater, take out the optical fiber and put it in the cooling tray.
