With the theme of "quality, love and dedication", the hospital always adheres to the business philosophy of "sincerely satisfying every patient", the policy of "developing the hospital, serving the people and enriching employees", carries forward the hospital spirit of "unity, preciseness, pragmatism, pioneering and innovation" and actively promotes health reform. In the county, we took the lead and successfully implemented reform measures such as socialized management of personnel, distribution and logistics services, and strictly controlled the quality of service, so that the overall medical level of the hospital improved year by year and its appearance changed with each passing day. The number of daily outpatient visits, annual discharge visits and annual business income increased at an average rate of 25%, 30% and 18% respectively for six consecutive years.
