1. The ophthalmologist conducts routine eye examinations, that is, anterior segment and fundus examinations, to determine whether dilation and refraction are needed, and to provide appropriate medical advice to the patient.

2. Processing and adjustment of glasses

1. With the processing order, the frames and raw-edged lenses are extracted. Only after passing the quality inspection can the processing process be entered.

2． Adjust the frame to meet your installation needs.

3. Determine the lens processing center based on the interpupillary distance and the geometric size of the frame, and produce a lens template (electronically scanned template).

4. Grinding rough edges on lenses.

5. After the lens mounting process, stress inspection is performed to determine the consistency of the lens and the lens ring and make corrections.

6． Detect various optical parameters, check the appearance quality, reshape and calibrate accordingly, and adjust out-of-tolerance lenses or damaged frames in a timely manner. Finished mirrors of qualified quality are wiped clean and then packaged and sent to the mirror pick-up location.

7. The lens extraction point is finely adjusted according to patient requirements.
