Seamless elbow is a kind of pipe fitting used for pipe turning. Among all the pipe fittings used in the pipeline system, the proportion is the largest, about 80%. Usually, for elbows with different materials and wall thicknesses, different forming processes are selected. At present. The common forming processes of seamless elbow are hot pushing, stamping, extrusion and other seamless elbows, also known as seamless steel pipe elbows. Due to different manufacturing processes, seamless elbow fittings can be divided into hot-rolled (extruded) seamless elbow fittings and cold-drawn (rolled) seamless elbow fittings. Cold-drawn (rolled) pipes are divided into round pipes and special-shaped pipes. The raw material for rolling seamless elbow pipe fittings is a round pipe blank, which is cut into blanks about one meter long by a cutting machine and sent to the furnace for heating by a conveyor belt. The billet is heated in the furnace at a temperature of about 1200℃. The fuel is hydrogen or acetylene. Temperature control in the furnace is a key problem. After the round tube blank is discharged from the furnace, it should be perforated by a pressure piercer. The common piercer is cone roller piercer, which has the advantages of high production efficiency, good product quality, large aperture expansion, and the ability to pierce various pipe fittings. After piercing, the round tube blank is continuously rolled by three rollers, continuously rolled or extruded. After extrusion, remove the tube and measure the size. The sizing machine rotates at high speed and enters the billet through the conical bit to punch holes to form pipe fittings.
Seamless elbow has the following advantages: non-toxic, light weight, good heat resistance, good corrosion resistance, good heat insulation, good impact resistance and long service life.
1. Hygienic and nontoxic: the material is completely composed of carbon and hydrogen, and no toxic heavy metal salt stabilizer is added. The hygienic performance of the material has passed the test of the national authoritative department.
2. Light weight: the density of punching elbow is 0.89-0.9 1g/cm, which is only one tenth of that of steel pipe. Because of its light weight, it can greatly reduce the transportation cost and the construction intensity of installation.
3. Good heat resistance: when the working water temperature is 70 degrees, the softening temperature is 140 degrees.
4. Good corrosion resistance: except for a few hydrogenation agents, it can resist the corrosion of various chemical media, has excellent acid resistance, alkali resistance and corrosion resistance, and does not rust, corrode, breed bacteria or electrochemical corrosion.
5. High impact resistance: Because the unique impact strength performance is obviously improved compared with other solid wall pipes, its ring stiffness is equivalent to 1.3 times of the solid wall.
6. Long service life: under the rated service temperature and pressure, the service life of the pipe can reach more than 50 years, and it has anti-ultraviolet and anti-radiation properties, so that the product will never fade.
