Support includes three items, namely, living expenses, education expenses and medical expenses.
Two. Article 18 of the Supreme Law "Several Specific Opinions on People's Courts Handling Child Support in Divorce Cases":
A child's request for an increase in child care fees falls into one of the following circumstances, and parents who have the ability to pay should be supported.
(1) The original amount of childcare fee is not enough to maintain the local actual living standard;
(2) The actual demand has exceeded the original amount due to the child's illness, school and other reasons;
(3) there are other legitimate reasons that should be increased. For example, the original maintenance standards are too low, or major diseases need to be treated.
Three, confirm or change the amount of children's health care fees, consider the following three aspects (18 years old):
1, the actual needs of children;
2. The bearing capacity of both parents;
3. The local actual living standard.
