Insulating layer laying

Laying insulation layer (such as 2cm thick polystyrene insulation board _ insulation coil or imported insulation film, etc.). ) on the leveling layer, and glue the joint firmly. Lay aluminum foil paper or stick a layer of composite aluminized polyester film with coordinate grid lines on the insulation layer of Beijing floor heating, and the insulation layer should be laid flat.

Steel wire mesh laying

Spread a layer of medium-2mm steel wire mesh on aluminum foil paper with the spacing of100x100mm and the specification of 2m×1m.. Laying should be neat and tight, steel mesh should be tied with cable ties, and uneven or warped parts should be fixed on the floor with steel nails. Nailing is not allowed when fixing steel wire mesh in rooms with waterproof layer such as bathroom and kitchen. When the pipeline or steel mesh is bent, measures should be taken to prevent the pipeline from being exposed to the concrete surface.

Floor heating pipeline laying

According to the heat load calculation requirements of the professional floor heating company, separate the floor heating pipes (PERT pipes or PB pipes) _ Fix the pipes on the benzene board with floor heating pipe clamps, and the distance between the fixing points shall not be more than 500mm (according to the length direction of the pipes) _ The two ends and midpoint of the elbow section with a distance greater than 90 shall be fixed. The bending radius of the pipe should not be less than 8 times the outer diameter of the pipe. During installation, the pipeline must be prevented from being polluted. After each laying of the floor heating pipe, the nozzle should be blocked in time.
