Hello! Breast ptosis can be treated by correcting breast ptosis. Under reasonable circumstances, especially for young women, the horizontal position of nipple is above the inframammary fold, and if it is lower than this position, it is called breast ptosis. At present, there are many methods to solve breast ptosis, such as double-ring correction of breast ptosis, breast shaping suspension, breast dermal fixation, breast lifting fixation and so on.

1. Double-ring correction of sagging breasts: By designing a double-ring incision, a proper amount of breast tissue is remolded into a hemisphere and fixed on the fascia of pectoralis major to improve the appearance of sagging breasts.

2. Breast shaping suspension method: This method mainly suspends sagging breast tissue and changes the original position of nipple and areola, aiming at improving the position of nipple and areola on nipple, thus improving the shape of sagging breast.

3. Fixation of breast dermis: This method needs to determine the normal position of the breast first, and then based on the principle that the breast volume is appropriate, but the tissue distribution is abnormal and drooping, part of the epidermis of the breast skin is removed to expose the dermis, and then the dermis is rolled into the breast by suture, forcing the nipple and breast to move upward and protrude forward to restore the normal shape.

4. Breast lifting and fixing: This method needs to remove the middle-thick skin graft of lateral breast14, and then tighten the suture to lift and fix it to correct breast droop.
