In this issue, my sister invited Teacher Dong to have a dialogue on "Sleeping well is the cultivation of an adult".
There is an anxiety called goal loss.
Teacher Dong shared several kinds of anxiety that we will encounter. One of them is that we are so busy that we forget what we want, or don't know what we need at all, so the goal is excluded or hidden in our hearts. Without goals, we don't know what we want, and it is difficult to make choices and decisions. This in itself is a kind of anxiety. And when you don't know what you want, you can't measure what you have got, and what is the value and significance of what you have done successfully or failed, our existential anxiety will be tempted.
How to relieve anxiety?
First, reduce the importance and expectation of things and be prepared.
Second, in this uncertain era, actively embracing change and working in uncertainty also means opportunities.
Third, pay attention to valuable information, avoid the intake of irrelevant information as soon as possible, and prevent the pressure brought by information overload to the brain.
