1989 graduated from the department of energy of Zhejiang university with a bachelor's degree and a master's degree. 1992 has been teaching in this school ever since. Graduated from Zhejiang University, majoring in power engineering and engineering thermophysics, with a doctorate of 200 1. He has taught thermal platform courses for undergraduates majoring in thermal energy engineering and power plant energy and environment system engineering: engineering fluid mechanics, heat transfer, numerical analysis of heat and mass transfer, thermal experiment and microchannel fluid mechanics. In 2006, he won the second prize of Zhejiang University Young Teachers' Teaching Skills Competition and the first prize of Zhejiang Young Teachers' Teaching Skills Competition.

1998- 1999, as a visiting scholar, went to INSA- Derouen System and Process Energy Laboratory (LESP) of French National Institute of Applied Sciences for cooperative research, studied the measurement of vegetable oil flame temperature by spectral technology, and studied the particle size distribution function and volume concentration of carbon black particles in the flame by extinction method. His research work also includes: measuring the concentration and particle size of solid particles in gas-solid two-phase flow by optical signal fluctuation method, measuring solid particles by extinction signal cross correlation method, three-dimensional space velocity, and the application of computer tomography technology in temperature field reconstruction in furnace. As the project leader, he undertook the project of National Natural Science Foundation of China "Research on Joint On-line Detection Method of Various Combustion Emissions Based on Correlation Frequency Modulation and Wavelet Transform" (project approval number: 50376058). As the main members, the scientific research projects include: National Natural Science Foundation Project "Research on Three-dimensional Velocity Measurement Method of High-temperature Rotating Jet Cross-correlation Method" (project approval number: 5957630), "Research on Three-dimensional Dynamic Measurement Method of Two-phase Flow Based on Laser Digital Holography and Computer Tomography" (project approval number: 50576086), and Zhejiang Science and Technology Commission Key Project "New Technology of Municipal Solid Waste Fluidized Bed Incineration and Power Generation Demonstration Project". The national key basic research and development plan (973) project "Research on control technology of circulating fluidized bed pyrolysis gasification combustion system", in addition, as the project leader or member, he participated in more than 30 horizontal scientific research projects, such as international cooperation project "Research on temperature field tomography technology in furnace", domestic enterprises entrusted project "Research and development of monitoring system for fluidized bed boilers with different weights of garbage and coal mixed combustion" and "Development of monitoring system for rotary fluidized bed multi-stage medical waste pyrolysis incinerator". Up to now, 30 papers have been published in relevant academic journals and conferences at home and abroad, of which 12 papers were included in EI, 3 papers were included in SCI, 3 papers won the second prize of Zhejiang Excellent Papers, and 3 papers won the third prize of Zhejiang Excellent Papers.
