Installation of indoor unit
1. After selecting the installation location, fix the installation plate:
(1) Remove the mounting plate on the back of the indoor unit and put the mounting plate in the pre-selected installation position. At this time, the ceiling and the left and right walls should be kept horizontal, and the position of the holes in the fixed wallboard should be determined;
(2) Use the electric hammer of Ф 6 bit to lay the fixing hole, then insert the plastic expanding tube, and fix the mounting plate on the wall with self-tapping screws. The number of fixing holes should not be less than 4-6, and the level of the mounting plate should be determined with a level meter.
2. Make a hole in the wall:
Select the drill bit according to the machine model, and use electric hammer or diamond to punch the wall hole. When punching holes, try to avoid wires or foreign objects inside and outside the wall and on hard walls. The inside of the hole should be 0.5- 1cm higher than the outside to facilitate drainage. The hole through the wall from the side of the indoor unit should be slightly lower than the lower side of the indoor unit. When drilling a diamond, you should stick a plastic cloth on the wall or use other methods to prevent water from flowing on the wall. When drilling with electric hammer, dust-free installation device should be adopted. After punching holes in the wall, pass the protective sleeve through the wall.
3. Connect the connecting pipe:
① Place the indoor unit on a soft mat to prevent scratches.
(2) Adjust the direction or position of the input/output pipe according to the position to determine whether it is a left water outlet pipe, a right water outlet pipe, a left rear water outlet pipe or a right rear water outlet pipe.
(3) Tear the insulating sleeve of the output and input pipes of the indoor unit 10- 15cm to connect with the connecting pipes. When connecting pipes, connect the low-pressure pipe first, then the high-pressure pipe, push the conical surface vertically to the bell mouth, screw the connecting nut to the bottom of the bolt by hand, and then fix it with two wrenches.
4. Bandage the connecting pipe:
(1) Wrap the power cord, signal cord at the upper side, connecting tube at the middle, and water pipe at the lower side.
(2) Don't pull the snake tube when dressing.
(3) Determine the outlet position and connect the drain pipe. When the drain pipe is not long enough and needs to be extended, it should be noted that the extended part of the drain pipe should be covered with a protective tube; The drain pipe joint should be sealed with all-purpose glue, and the water pipe should not be coiled at any position; When extending the pipeline, 5-6 parts can be fixed with vinyl tape. When the pipeline is led out horizontally, it should be covered with thermal insulation material.
(4) When bandaging, avoid the pipe joint for leak detection.
5, hanging indoor unit:
Pass the wrapped pipe and connecting wire through the hole in the wall to prevent the bell mouth from being damaged and sediment from entering the connecting pipe until the indoor unit can be connected and hung, so as to ensure that the indoor unit can be buckled into the slot. When you use your hand, you can't shake it up and down. Use a spirit level to measure whether the indoor unit is level.
Outdoor unit installation
(1) Fixing the mounting bracket: the mounting bracket is fixed with expansion bolts or long bolts. When the wall is thin or the strength is not enough, it should be fixed with long bolts, and the bolts should have anti-loosening pads, otherwise it may become loose or fall off. More than 6 fixing bolts with a diameter of not less than 10mm shall be used, which can bear 4 times the weight of people and machines after fixing, and the support shall be kept horizontal.
(2) Fix the outdoor unit on the bracket with a bolt with a diameter of 10mm, which should pass through from top to bottom, and add a lock pad to check whether the outdoor unit is horizontal. If the installation height of the outdoor unit is higher than that of the indoor unit, it should be installed as shown in the following figure, and the height difference should be less than 5 meters.
(3) Connect the power cord and signal cord: remove the electric box cover of the outdoor unit and connect the wires according to the matching numbers in the indoor unit junction box and the outdoor unit junction box.
Matters needing attention
(1) When the connecting cable is lengthened, the original cable should not be cut and connected, and a new connecting cable with appropriate length should be replaced, which should meet the standards of air conditioning.
(2) The wires cannot touch the connecting pipes and running parts such as compressors and fans.
(3) The internal connection cannot be changed at will.
(4) If the air conditioner is installed in a place that is vulnerable to voltage fluctuation or electromagnetic interference, it is best to add a magnetic ring or twisted pair on the control line to prevent the air conditioner from being disturbed and failing. In particular, inverter air conditioners and patio air conditioners must use the signal control line of the machine itself, and it is not allowed to add long lines or not use the line of the machine itself.
(5) Tighten the screws. Looseness can lead to overheating or component failure, which may lead to fire.
(6) When wiring, connect according to the wiring diagram or electrical control principle, and according to colors and identification symbols.
(7) Fix the power supply connection and signal control line with clips and fixing screws.
(8) The redundant wires should be wrapped in the connecting pipe combination. It is forbidden to wrap and plug the redundant wires to avoid eddy current heating and accidents.
siphon tube
(1) Check whether there is dirt on the bell mouth, put the excess part in a place that will not affect the appearance as required, align the bell mouth with the conical mouth vertically, screw the connecting nut to the end by hand, and then tighten it with a torque wrench.
(2) Use a vacuum pump or its own refrigerant cylinder for evacuation. You can also open the handle of the pressure regulating valve 1/2- 1/4, jack up the ejector pin of the fluorine adding port, and empty it for 10- 15 seconds. Generally, stop emptying when you can feel that the exhaust gas is cold by hand, and then open all the high and low pressure valve stems.
(3) Use soapy water or leak detector to detect the leakage of each interface, fluorine filling port and valve stem of high and low pressure valves. When detecting leakage, stay in every place for at least 3 minutes, pay attention to leak detection when stopping in summer, and pay attention to leak detection when heating in winter. After ensuring no leakage, wrap each joint with an insulating sleeve to ensure that all parts of the copper tube are not in contact with air to prevent future leakage.

(1) Arrange the connecting pipes horizontally and vertically, and the corner radius shall be greater than 10cm as far as possible. When bending a pipe, the connecting pipe shall not be bent or flattened.
(2) Reshape the connecting pipe and fix it as required, preferably with a pipe clamp every 1.5m to prevent noise when the machine is working.
(3) Install the wall protector, and block the hole through the wall with sealing mud to prevent air foreign bodies from entering the room.
Installing remote control bracket
Install the remote control bracket according to the user's requirements. And pay attention to the installation position should try to avoid direct sunlight and places with heat sources nearby (such as heaters, stoves, etc.). ).
