Common jitter faults of electric fans:
First, shaking the head is blocked, which is caused by the deformation and bending of the connecting rod. At this time, there will be a gurgling sound. The deformed connecting rod can be disassembled and eliminated after shaping. If the power cannot be transmitted due to transmission failure, please check the gearbox clutch of the rack swing plate, etc. If it is found that there is a phenomenon of falling off, a foreign body is stuck, and it is too worn to engage, the lost parts should be eliminated or replaced.
Secondly, most electric fans use oil-containing bearings, usually powder metallurgy products, which are tightly wrapped in oil holes inside the bearings. When the electric fan is working, the temperature of the motor will rise, and the friction between the rotating shaft and the bearing will generate heat, which will gradually consume lubricating oil, so that the electric fan motor cannot maintain normal operation, and the rotation speed will decrease or even not turn, which will burn the motor.
3. The reducer of the electric fan is usually replaced with lubricating oil every 3 to 4 years. When replacing, first remove the rear cover, remove the balance key and then remove the gearbox cover, gently scrape off the old grease inside with a small bamboo lamp tool, then clean it with clean gasoline, and then add a proper amount of new grease.
The answer is applicable to electric fan models of most brands such as Gree, Midea and Haier.
