You can take bus No.93, and there is a stop at Ningxia Street.

Ningxia Street is Changshun Street. Go to West Street. When you get to the intersection of West Street, go straight to Ningxia Street.

Or take Xinhua Avenue, go to the west gate outside the city and turn left at the end of Jianghan Road (there is no tunnel).
