Grinding components → mold testing-final inspection
1, stamping manufacturing technology stamping technology plays an important role in automobile manufacturing. According to statistics, 60%~ 70% of auto parts are produced by stamping process. Therefore, stamping technology has an important impact on the product quality, production efficiency and production cost of automobiles. Characteristics and classification of stamping process Stamping is a metal processing method, which is based on the plastic deformation of metal. The die and stamping equipment are used to exert pressure on the sheet metal, so that the sheet metal is plastically deformed or separated, thus obtaining parts (stamping parts) with certain shapes, sizes and properties.
2. Stamping manufacturing process According to the different processing properties, stamping process can be divided into two types: separation process and forming process. The stamping process can be divided into four basic processes: 1, blanking: stamping process (including punching, blanking, trimming, cutting, etc. ) to separate the metal plates. 2. Bending: the stamping process of forming a plate into a certain angle and shape along the bending line. 3. Deep drawing: the stamping process of turning a flat plate into a hollow part with various openings or further changing the shape and size of the hollow part.
3. Mold manufacturing process 2. Bending die: including press bending and stretch bending; 3. Drawing die: including drawing and thinning drawing; 4. Forming die: including flanging, forming, shaping and stamping. According to the complex nature of the process, it can be divided into single-process die, compound die and progressive die. (Single-process mold and compound mold of Gilicze)
4, stamping manufacturing process 4, local forming: using various local deformation to change the blank or stamping process (including flanging, bulging, flattening and shaping processes, etc.). The stamping process of several automobile panels usually consists of three basic processes: drawing, trimming and flanging. Some need blanking or punching, some need trimming, punching or flanging for many times, and some processes can be combined.
