The Stem Cell Center of jinan military area command General Hospital is the earliest institution to carry out clinical application of stem cells in China. In 2004, we began to explore the clinical application of stem cells, established a high-level cell biology laboratory, and designed a scientific comprehensive treatment system for stem cells, which was officially approved by the higher-level Ministry of Health.
