As a landmark medical building in Wenzhou, the new hospital construction project adopts German design scheme and is built according to the highest standards of domestic hospitals at present. It is a provincial and municipal key construction project and a municipal key livelihood project. The building complex consists of six conjoined buildings, and the floors are controlled below 10. It is divided into north and south by an east-west medical road. On the south side of the road, there are medical technology complex buildings such as outpatient and emergency wards, medical care centers and infection centers, and on the north side, there are medical duty apartments, energy centers and cold rooms. The buildings on the north and south sides are connected by underground corridors, which ensures that the medical process is not affected by road traffic obstacles.
The design scheme follows the new architectural design concept of taking diseases as the main line, patients as the center and people as the center, and strives to create a safe and convenient new medical service process. The comprehensive building of outpatient and emergency medical technology is like the palm of a human hand, extending from east to west in a five-finger shape. Two medical streets run through the north and south of the whole building. Dongyi Street, with a width of15m, connects medical technology and outpatient service, and is equipped with 18 escalators to transport patients to different consultation areas and consultation rooms at the fastest speed. The 8-meter-wide Western Medicine Street connects medical technology and wards. Once the patient is diagnosed and needs hospitalization, he will enter the inpatient area in the west through various passages in the building, which breaks the conventional pattern that the hospital and the surgical building are set separately in the past. Even in rainy days, the patient does not need to take an umbrella. The design scale of outpatient service is more than 40,000 square meters, and the total area of South Hall is more than 2,000 square meters. At the same time, through reasonable layout, patients can complete outpatient service, examination and hospitalization on the same floor as much as possible, and realize the advanced concepts of doctor-patient diversion, cleaning and sewage diversion, and people flow and logistics diversion.
There is a 1. 1 ,000 square meters medical emergency center in the north of the hospital, and a helipad is specially set up in the northeast corner. Due to the convenient transportation to the new campus in the counties and cities of our city and the nearby areas, it can radiate and cover the surrounding large areas, and play a role in the medical emergency of critical illness and emergency rescue of public emergencies in southern Zhejiang and northern Fujian.
Leisure Street, located behind the outpatient hall, introduces banks, post offices, bookstores, gift shops, fast food restaurants, cafes, supermarkets and cultural and entertainment facilities into the public space of the hospital to provide leisure activities for patients. Nearly2,000 parking spaces are designed on the ground and underground to facilitate vehicle parking.
The new campus is surrounded by mountains and waters, with unique green resources of Sanyang wetland, surrounded by long valley, full of green and tea mountain in the southeast, with beautiful natural scenery, and the greening rate of the campus is as high as 39.2%. The greening layout of "one shore, two axes and nine gardens" is in harmony with the surrounding wetland environment.

As a landmark medical building in Wenzhou, the outpatient ward medical technology complex building has a total length of 375 meters from east to west and a maximum length of 285 meters from north to south. It consists of four conjoined buildings, with four specialist centers in the east and four inpatient centers in the west. The north-south medical technology center and logistics support room are inserted into the east-west connection between the specialist center and the inpatient center, and the "trinity" design layout is independent and organic.
The main entrance hall of the new courtyard is located on the south side of the building, with a length of 93 meters from east to west and a width of 25 meters from north to south. It is magnificent and unique in structure. The oval glass lighting roof at the top is interwoven with the rectangular space plane, and the steel frame of the lighting roof is fish-bellied structure, which has good natural lighting and makes the space more concise and lively. There are four rest areas in the hall, which are equipped with rest chairs and stools, electronic inquiry system and green landscape. The main background wall facing the entrance is divided according to the classic three-stage rule, which is divided into service, charge, approval window, giant relief and electronic display screen and corridor from bottom to top. The Tree of Life, the third largest indoor giant relief in China, was designed and created by Professor Qian Yunke of China Academy of Fine Arts, and its later construction was supervised by Zhou Xiaoliu, a famous traditional sculptor in Wenzhou. The material of the work is Chinese intangible cultural heritage-bronzed bamboo raw lacquer, with a height of 4.5 meters and a length of 46.8 meters and an area of about 2 10 square meter. The scene is grand and far-reaching.
On the right side of the hall is Dongyi Street, which is also the entrance of the clinic. The north-south Dongyi Street is about 260 meters long and 16.5 meters wide, connecting outpatient service and medical technology. The outpatient service has a total construction area of 48,645 square meters, which consists of two parts: the outpatient service area and the doctor's office area. Most of the consulting rooms face south, open and bright. In the single design, the specialist center is "giant", and each area has an independent manual toll collection office and a blood collection office in the clinical laboratory, so that many outpatients do not have to squeeze into the lobby on the first floor. There are green or translucent patios in the inner courtyard between specialties, forming an ecological belt in the outpatient area of the hospital.
The medical technology center is located in the middle of the main building, with a total construction area of 55 187 square meters above ground, with one basement and four floors above ground. There are separate waiting and consultation treatment areas in each medical technology treatment area, which avoids the confusion of patients' medical treatment lines. At the same time, the east-west medical technology street and escalators arranged around the atrium can facilitate patients to reach the medical technology centers on all floors, which greatly facilitates patients to see a doctor.
The inpatient center is located on the west side of the main building and consists of four buildings with different heights (7, 8, 9 and 10), with a total construction area of 9 1860 square meters, and all wards face south. The corridor of the ward is spacious and tidy, and each ward has its own bathroom, which can supply hot water shower 24 hours a day. The bed is separated from the bed by elegant curtains, forming a relatively independent space, which is relatively private. It is the first in China to introduce multi-position electric beds into general wards, and equipped with protective chairs. Patients can lift their legs and back through the remote control, so that patients, especially postoperative patients, can find the most comfortable lying position by themselves. The change of details fully embodies the humanized service concept.
The basement of the building has a total construction area of 79,792 square meters, including logistics support area, canteen, underground equipment area and underground garage. There are two large underground garages on the east and west sides of the basement (656 vehicles on the east and 342 vehicles on the west).

The first aid center is located in the north of the medical technology complex building in the outpatient and emergency wards, with a construction area of about 1 1000 square meters, with independent entrances and exits and a helipad. The first aid center of the new hospital undertakes the medical rescue and major accident rescue tasks in Wenzhou, even in southern Zhejiang and northern Fujian. As an important department and service window of the hospital, the emergency department of the new hospital has complete facilities and functions, and the use space is more spacious. The emergency center consists of emergency clinic, resuscitation room, emergency ward, trauma ward, emergency intensive care unit (EICU), emergency observation room, emergency CT, B-ultrasound, film taking, inspection, pharmacy and infusion room. The emergency clinic has emergency medicine, emergency surgery, emergency neurology, trauma surgery, orthopedic emergency, etc. Among them, there are 36 emergency observation rooms, 36 emergency rescue and resuscitation rooms 18, 26 emergency wards, 46 trauma surgery wards and 8 emergency intensive care units (EICU) 18.

The medical care center is a health management center integrating health examination, health care, diagnosis, treatment and rehabilitation. As an independent multi-storey building, it is located in the southwest of the new campus, with 1 floor underground and 4 floors above ground, with a total construction area of 97 10 square meter, surrounded by rivers on both sides and green spaces, with a beautiful and quiet environment.
■ Infectious Disease Center >>
Infectious disease center is independent of the hospital building, located in the northwest corner of the hospital area, adjacent to the emergency center, with a total construction area of 13353 square meters, underground 1 floor and 4 floors above ground. It is the largest clinical, teaching and scientific research base of infectious diseases in southern Zhejiang and northern Fujian.
The center has complete functions and reasonable layout. From outpatient service to hospitalization, they are all concentrated in the same building, and entrances and exits are set up on North Road. In order to reduce cross-infection, the infection center has a special operating department, laundry room and auxiliary room. Wards are designed according to the isolation requirements of infection wards, with separate patient passages and medical staff passages, which are divided into polluted areas, semi-polluted areas and clean areas.

The total area of the restaurant is about 8000 square meters. The main kitchen and dining area are located on the first and fourth floors underground of Building No.3, and consist of two parts: the south dining room and the north dining room. For the sake of health and safety, the sanitary elevator and the food elevator in the kitchen are located in different positions. Delivery trucks are mainly parked in underground garages. Toilets are located in the south and north of the restaurant to reflect the consideration of health and safety in the plane layout. Dining places are mainly distributed in different glass facades, so as to better enjoy the outdoor landscape and natural lighting. The dining room can provide about 2500 seats at the same time. Eight elevators and stairs near the north and south facades mainly provide access for diners and ease the peak passenger flow. For the convenience of patients, the new campus has set up a fast food department in the inpatient building to provide fast food services for patients and their families.

"One Shore" is a rainbow waterfront with rich colors and natural shapes, which consists of five unique waterfront landscapes: humanistic waterfront, exhibition waterfront, rehabilitation waterfront, leisure waterfront and ecological waterfront. It connects the landscape structure of the whole hospital and Sanyang Wetland Park. The "two axes" are the east-west boulevard and the north-south spatial axis respectively. The two axes are staggered, and the breeze is slow, and the trees are swaying, just like a paradise, giving people a transcendent spiritual enjoyment. The nine gardens have different styles, either simple and fresh, neat and natural, or open atmosphere, colorful and beautiful.
