Schematic diagram of automobile engine structure
Engine The automobile engine structure consists of several parts, namely intake manifold, intake valve, piston, crankshaft, generator, tensioner, crankshaft pulley, timing chain, throttle, spark plug, oil pan, connecting rod, exhaust camshaft sprocket, exhaust camshaft, exhaust manifold and intake camshaft.
What parts does the engine consist of?
The two main mechanisms of the engine are crank-connecting rod mechanism and valve train. These five systems are fuel supply system, cooling system, lubrication system, ignition system and starting system. The five systems and two mechanisms complement each other and become an integral part of the automobile engine structure.
Engine construction principle
The structure of automobile engine consists of five systems and two mechanisms. Different institutions and systems use different accessories, namely:
The crank-connecting rod mechanism consists of a machine body, a connecting rod, a crankshaft, a flywheel and a piston. There are two kinds of valve train, one is direct push type, and its components include intake valve, camshaft, timing gear and exhaust valve. One is the rocker arm mechanism. The accessory is composed of push rod, valve group and rocker arm on the basis of direct push mechanism.
The ignition system consists of battery, ignition switch and spark plug; The oil supply system consists of oil tank, carburetor, air filter and other accessories; The cooling system consists of water pump, radiator and other accessories; The starting system consists of starter and electromagnetic switch and other accessories; The lubrication system consists of oil pan, dipstick and oil pressure sensor.
