The full name of Beijing Seventh Ring Road is Beijing Great Outer Ring Expressway, also known as Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Ring Expressway. Miyun belongs to the junction of Yanshan Mountains and North China Plain, and it is an important gateway of North China to Northeast China and Inner Mongolia, so it is called "the key to the capital". Miyun District starts from east longitude 1 16 39' 33 "in the west and 1 17 30' 25" in the east, with a length of 69 kilometers from east to west. It starts at 4013 ′ 7 "north latitude in the south and ends at 40 47 ′ 57" north latitude, with a width of about 64 kilometers from north to south.
