Deviation of nasal septum generally does not affect aesthetics. The nasal septum is the supporting cartilage in the nose.

I suggest you check again to make sure that the nose is crooked because of the deviation of the nasal septum.

If not, it is cosmetic surgery. If it is caused by deviation of nasal septum, we should ask whether nasal septum correction can correct the appearance of nose.

I have done nasal septum deviation correction and operated from the inside of nostril. After the operation, the appearance of the nose was not affected at all, and there was no scar, but the scar was in the nostril.
