If the pouch is obviously "long history", it should be external incision plastic surgery. There will be incision marks near the eyelashes of the lower eyelid. In the short term after operation, the wound may be red, but it will not be obvious after healing. Generally, dressing can be changed once every 2-3 days after operation, and stitches can be removed in about 6 days. If it is fast, it will be natural in about half a month, and the wound is not obvious. However, it will take several months to completely recover the scar.
