Air ducts are mainly used in industrial and construction projects, including the cleaning system of clean workshop in electronic industry, the cleaning system of sterile workshop for medicine and food, the central air conditioning system of hotels, shopping malls, hospitals, factories and office buildings, the exhaust pipes for dust removal, smoke exhaust and oil absorption in industrial pollution control, the air supply pipes for comfortable industrial environment or post, the gas drainage system for coal mine gas drainage and the return air system for coal mine environmental control.

1, steel plate
Steel plate is the main material for manufacturing ventilation pipes and components. There are usually two kinds of steel plates: ordinary steel plates and galvanized steel plates. The galvanized steel plate has a protective layer on its surface, which can prevent corrosion and is mainly used for moisture-proof air duct systems.
2, stainless steel plate
Stainless steel plate has high plasticity, toughness, mechanical strength and corrosion resistance, and is often used in corrosion-resistant air duct systems in the chemical field.
3. Aluminum version
Comprise pure aluminum and alloy aluminum, and that common alloy aluminum plate has high mechanical strength and poor corrosion resistance. Because the aluminum plate is soft, there is no spark when it collides, and it is mostly used for ventilation pipes with explosion-proof requirements.
4, plastic composite steel plate
Sticking or spraying a layer of plastic film on ordinary steel plate, that is, plastic composite steel plate, has the characteristics of corrosion resistance, bending, biting and drilling, and is often used in air purification systems and ventilation and air conditioning systems.
5. PVC plastic board
PVC plastic board has good corrosion resistance and generally does not react with acid, alkali and salt. In ventilation and air conditioning engineering, it is mainly used as pipes and components for conveying corrosive gases such as acid, alkali and salt.
6. forward refueling area (same as forward refueling area)
Glass fiber reinforced plastic pipeline is a light, high-strength and corrosion-resistant nonmetallic pipeline, which is made of resin, glass fiber and quartz sand and is widely used in petroleum, chemical and drainage industries.
7. Composite materials
The composite air duct is made of composite materials, including rubber-plastic composite air duct and magnesium oxychloride ventilation air duct. Generally, it is formed by combining two layers of high-strength inorganic materials and one layer of thermal insulation materials through bonding technology and special structure.
Third, how to choose the appropriate duct material?
There are many kinds of materials that can be used to make ventilation pipes, and the properties of different materials are different. Because the selection of materials is related to the engineering quality and the convenience of equipment maintenance in the later stage, it must be carefully considered when selecting.
Generally, when selecting the material of air duct, we must consider the characteristics of the material, whether it is suitable for the current construction environment, whether it is suitable for the current construction purpose and effect, and how the ventilation efficiency is after use.
