(2) Incision correction of nipple invagination can be used for women who have given birth and will not consider breastfeeding in the future, or patients with local inflammation recurrence and serious deformity caused by scar traction. During the operation, the mammary duct was completely cut off, the sunken nipple was fully released, and the tissue flap was designed to fill the tissue defect at the root of the nipple and strengthen the support for the nipple.

The incision correction of nipple invagination can be completed at one time and the treatment time is short. However, the incision method needs to cut off or partially cut off the mammary duct, which affects the postoperative lactation function; If the scar on the deep side of the nipple appears contracture, it will cause the recurrence of nipple invagination.
