I have a pimple on my back. What could be the reason?
Back acne is the most common inflammation caused by bacterial infection of sebaceous glands in hair follicles. Because the back sebaceous glands are rich, sebum secretion is more, and it is easy to grow acne. There are four main reasons for back acne, including endocrine factors, dietary factors, living conditions and drug factors.

1, endocrine factors: usually due to the high level of androgen in the body. Androgen can stimulate sebaceous glands in hair follicles to secrete oil, which easily leads to bacteria, especially staphylococcus, breeding in the back, thus causing inflammation of hair follicles in the back, acne or acne. Young men are prone to acne on their backs because of their high levels of androgen.

2, dietary factors: often eat greasy, spicy and irritating food, like smoking, drinking, easy to stimulate sebaceous glands to secrete too much oil, making the back prone to acne.

3, living conditions: long-term staying up late, irregular life, lack of sleep, anxiety, irritability, stress and so on. It will lead to the decline of human immunity and easy infection, which will lead to inflammation of hair follicles on the back and acne.

4. Drug factors: Many patients need to take oral hormones due to other diseases, and there may be adverse reactions in the process of taking hormones, such as acne on the face and trunk, which is medically called folliculitis.
