It shall meet the following conditions:

1. It has a vocational skill appraisal license issued by the human resources department, which is a valid proof of the vocational skill appraisal institute. Without this license, it means that it is not an appraisal institute and cannot apply to the Human Resources Department for organizing the examination. Of course, we can't choose such an institution to register.

2. Each professional skill appraisal can identify different types of jobs, so we have to determine whether there are auto mechanics in its appraisal profession. If so, let's continue to look down. If not, we can't register because we are not qualified.
