Maintenance of sand making machine
1, shut down the sand making machine regularly, and open the observation door to observe the internal wear of the impact sand making machine. The wear degree of the central feed pipe, cone cap, upper and lower runner liners, circumferential guard plates and wear-resistant blocks shall be replaced or repaired in time after wear, and the wear-resistant blocks shall be replaced at the same time to ensure the same weight. It is forbidden to open the observation door to observe the internal working condition of the crusher during the working process, so as to avoid danger. If the impeller body is found to be worn, it should be replaced in time and repaired by the manufacturer. Special attention should be paid to the fact that it is strictly forbidden to manufacture the impeller without the consent of the manufacturer.
2. The tension of the V-belt driven by the sand making machine equipment should be properly adjusted to ensure the uniform stress of the V-belt. When driven by double motors, the V-belts on both sides should be grouped and matched, so that the length of each group is as consistent as possible to ensure the energy saving and high efficiency of the sand making machine equipment;
3. When the sand making machine works for 400 hours, a proper amount of grease should be added. After working for 2000 hours, open the spindle assembly to clean the bearing. If it works for 7200 hours, the bearing must be replaced with a new one.
4. The lubrication of the sand making machine is dry oil lubrication, and the addition amount is one-half to two-thirds of the bearing cavity. When working in each shift, add proper amount of grease.
5, in the process of work, because the sander belongs to high-speed operation equipment, pay special attention to safety. Workers should stay away from the equipment. If the machine needs maintenance, it must be powered off before operation.
