How to do indoor sound absorption and sound insulation spraying
1. Before construction, the appearance quality should be checked, and the sprayed fiber cotton and binder should be sampled. Fiber cotton should be dry without caking, clean without dirt, and the adhesive should be free from delamination, foaming, deterioration and discoloration.

2. Use compressed air or clear water to remove dust and dirt on the surface of the spraying machine, check whether the hanger and embedded parts are firm and fasten the loose parts; Protect doors and windows, all kinds of equipment, pipelines and non-spraying parts; Clean up the obstacles in the working face and keep the best spraying distance and angle.

3. Material configuration and debugging: break up the compressed fiber cotton, continuously load the sprayed cotton into the spraying machine, keep enough fiber material in the material box, and keep stirring to avoid freezing failure of the glue solution.

4. Pre-spraying glue on the substrate. After cleaning the surface of the grass-roots unit, pre-spray the glue on the surface of the grass-roots unit with the prepared glue spray, so that the competition is appropriate, even and not flowing.

5. Surface shaping of sprayed layer: After the surface of sprayed product is dried for about half an hour, according to the different requirements of thermal insulation or sound absorption engineering, different shaping tools such as rollers, pressure plates or aluminum alloys are used for surface shaping, and then adhesive is sprayed to enhance the surface strength. If the design requires surface coloring, after the surface coating is completed, the surface of the sprayed layer should be coated with color paste. If the spray coating is located in the part that is easy to be hit by mechanical impact, the surface protection layer should be re-treated.
