1. Soil selection
Baba orange has high requirements on soil and is suitable for planting in weak acid soil with deep, fertile soil layer and good drainage.
2. Growing environment
Raked citrus can grow and develop normally in both south and middle subtropical regions. During the cultivation of harrow oranges, the ambient temperature should be within 15-20 degrees Celsius. If it exceeds 20 degrees Celsius, it may lead to the peeling of the raked oranges. The altitude of planting rake oranges should not be too high. It is suggested that the plant should be generally below 600 meters, and the annual light duration of raking oranges should be at least 1200 hours. If the light is not enough, it may cause the phenomenon that the rake orange will not bloom or even bloom.
3. Fertilizer selection
A small amount of thin fertilizer should be applied many times in the young stage of citrus tree harrowing, with organic fertilizer and calcium superphosphate as the base fertilizer and nitrogen fertilizer and potassium fertilizer as the main topdressing. Raked oranges must be used as a mixed fertilizer of nitrogen fertilizer, phosphorus fertilizer and potassium fertilizer when they bear fruit.
4. Pest control
The pests and diseases that are easy to appear in raking oranges are foot rot, anthracnose and aphids. When foot rot occurs, pay attention to the drainage in the field, and there should be no water accumulation when watering. Prune trees in time to ensure light and ventilation. When anthrax occurs, attention should be paid to the use of fertilizers, and nitrogen fertilizer should not be applied in a partial way. Before the fruit ripens, we can choose to spray chlorothalonil and other drugs on the crown every 15 days for about 4 times in a row. If aphids appear, dimethoate and other drugs can be used for prevention and control, and attention should be paid to removing the eggs of aphids during the usual maintenance period, which can reduce the number of aphids.
